Hi all. I’ve had a trawl through the threads but couldn’t see this ring covered anywhere. 
My KESSY system has stopped working on my Superb Mkiii. The following have completely stopped: 

- keyless entry to all door handles

 - keyless entry to the boot

When I grab the handle to open I can see the red light on the key fob activate indicating there isn’t an antenna problem and all three key fans work fine (and have new batteries in). 
Another problem is that, while the car always starts fine, if the engine is running and a passenger gets out of any door, it flags a warning message saying the key is not present. 
Any ideas at all what the issue could be or is it back to the dealer?
