It happened to us a few times that when we passed state border with cruise control enabled (but not necessarily activated), the reference speed is set to 210 km/h (max.) - once it happened in a tunnel doing 50 and the car suddenly started accelerating, in other occasion it just silently updated (we were not on cruise control).

It doesn't always happen and I can't really tell what else is the trigger. I don't really pass the border every day...

 

edit: I have automatic speed adjustment turned off in the settings.

This will likely happen to your Octy when Herr Sturgeon AKA Jimmie Krankie gets her wish to put a wall between England and Scotland. All the accelerating cars leaving Scotland!!
