Is it possible to somehow fix the problem when the microphone does not work for phone calls after connecting the iPhone with Carplay?

The person sitting in the car cannot be heard, as if the microphone in the car is not working.

 

When connecting the mobile phone and the radio via BT, everything works as it should.

I found this problem on the Internet, but the solution was always missing.

Cable / iPhone is fine, works on other 2 cars without problems. 

 

My FW version is below in the photo. Would an update help? Could someone please help me with this? I'm already desperate and lost.

I have got exactly the same problem. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not...

I think it happens when my phone is connected by Bluetooth and i connect an Apple device with cable without disconnect my other device of Bluetooth.

But i am not sure that there is a logic...
