Hi my real name user profile is (hidden) on profile pic. I have changed phones & always logged in through Facebook even on Home Pc there is no login for Facebook anymore. I can't access my old account, please can you help!?

Actually I may be able to, as I've followed the forgotten my password prompt.

If you know which e-mail address would be associated with your previous account, then there is likely a I've forgotten my password link in there.

I've had this problem once before johnboy999 sorted it but can't remember how the email address for Facebook I use is not sending my password reset

@Kobayashiwhat a shame. 

It's exactly same problem as 5 years ago there used to be Facebook login button, even found original post

I did the easy bits after @ColinD did the hard part!

As I never login via FB I’m none the wiser as to what should or shouldn’t be happening.
However, if (hidden)tries his yahoo email to login (on the old name & presuming it works) I can then bin off the other one.

Tried all my email addresses with forgot password & nothing arrived never had a yahoo account?? If it was Facebook login it should have been @(hidden)mail account , I'm currently signed in on this temporary login through Twitter but this seems to have replaced the old Facebook button, I think I was permanently signed in when you fixed it last time

It's no good trying anything that isn't your yahoo email (that you've never had can't remember) as that definitely won't work!.

I've only got a slow tethered connection at the moment so will need to revisit this another day unless you can remember the correct email.
