Number plates

Featured Replies

Anyone changed number plates yet ?

Front is self tappers

Rears threaded bolts ?

No nuts on back ?

Sounds simple then,

take them out put new plate in place with holes made in the correct place and self tapper or threaded bolts back on.

Or get plates with no holes and use Sticky Pads or a mounting plate.

For ‘normal’ plastic/perspex reflective plates, drill from the back not the front, so as not risk delaminating the backing.

Stuck mine on. Much easier.

I've got pressed steel plates, which are stuck on. They will be stuck on the new one too.
