Crash Members - Where exactly do they connect in relation to pedals?

Featured Replies

I am working on a Skoda Octavia II 4WD Diesel TDI 2010 model that was reclaimed from a dealer that was extorting the owner and doing a **** poor job.

Part of what was removed was the "Crash Members". Photos included.

The exploded diagrams I can find from searches do not really show me where they connect other than somewhere in relation to the pedals.

Is anyone able to please give me some specific information on where and how they connect?

Thank you

About the only picture I've seen after a quick google is this for the clutch pedal, no idea if it's LHD or RHD:
