Need some 225 x 35 x19s

can anybody recommend a good tyre fitting place don’t want my wheels damaging or scuffing on the edge as I had the wheels redone last year

the reason being, not to mention the place damaged a wheel of a friends car so asking for recommendations around West Yorkshire please

MY17 Superb SLA Headlights Upgrade - Help

looking to see if i can get suggestions on how to "activate" by retrofitted SLA headlights. essentially i'm getting an "cornering light (AFS)" error, meaning the high beam fancy masking/patterns (rollers) aren't working, let alone the shutters (HBA on/off). vcds autoscans show 2 faults in module 4B, saying the controllers are "Not coded". it looks like we need to upload (via ODIS/VCP) some parameters to the 4B module, telling it's now got SLA and how to use it. not sur

Hi all, In the process of an engine rebuild and looking for some advice on timing belt kits for my 2004 1.9 TDi 110 ASV. I've used a Gates kit before which seemed fine but wondered if anyone has used Febi or Continental? Also read a bit about plastic v metal impellors, people saying the plastic ones can come loose on the shaft. The kits I've mentioned all come with a plastic impellor, replicating OEM. The Gates one I removed was fine after 5+ years. Cheers for any advice. Vijay

Hi there, need advice/help on the following issue on a Roomster 1.4tdi 2007, rear door lock. The original problem: Rear passenger door would not open from either handle. the actuator wasn’t making a squinty noise when unlocking off the key fob/ internal central locking. With the door locked managed to get enough of the door card off to force the lock open. The solution (i thought anyway) Replace the actuator however , every actuator i’ve bought once fitted would not open the door from either h

I have thought that the suspension on my Octavia seems a bit harsh and, having searched the forum, it seems that I’m not alone. My car is an ‘Elegance’ with 17” rims and 225/45x17 tyres and the beam axle rear suspension. Looking at the driver’s handbook, it says that the load rating for both 205/55x16 and 225/45x17 tyres is 91. However, it looks like the majority of 17” tyres that are available have a load rating of 94, as are the ones on my car. I think this could be contributing to the probl
