Hi all,

 

A while back the switch stopped working - it won't allow you to wind the window down (but it sounds like it still works for winding the window up as it makes a noise)

 

How can I repair/replace the switch?

Does the window work with the key fob using convenience mode?

If you mean the hold-down-unlock-all-windows-down thing, then yes!
