The newest 1.5 TSI DADA software version

Featured Replies

Maybe someone knows which number is the newest 1.5 TSI DADA engine software version? Or which number/name is the update for this engine? I'd like to compare to mine to decide whether to look for and flash it.

Thanks in advance for any advices.

It is a needle in a haystack to find, it is best if you can post your details from a car scan.

Flashing the car, you will need the tools to be able to do so.

You will need stable power supply to do this too.

And you can break your car if you don't have above two sorted.

Ideally, you should login into erwin and check against your VIN for any TSB regarding the engine software.

A very quick google shows at least two different ECU's for an Octavia with a DADA fitted so it's impossible to give an answer with the info you've provided.

Couple of examples:

What I have now is module 05E906018C with software version 9761. Found infos there's a file for my engine named FL_05E906018C_9761__V001. Is this the same software I have now or an update I should try to flash?
