Removing the luggage compartment lid

Hello!

I have a superb 1 2007 and I wanted to tint my rear and back windows, but on the luggage compartment lid there is a stop light that somehow prevents from easily tinting the back window. So my question is, does someone know how to remove that lid easily, without removing the back seats? From the trunk I saw that there are 2 clips that are holding the lid to the chassis, if I unclip them, would the lid just pop off?
