the bloke(don't know his name) that does the spare parts in there is very good, knowledegable and helpfull.

it makes such a change to find sombody in a parts counter that is good. i can't count the number of times i've been told "err.... don't know mate!" by other dealers parts departments...

The chap you are referring to at Fareham is called (I think) Maurice. I agree with you, he uis extrememly knowledgable.
