Limited edition mk2 VRS WITHOUT leather seats??

Featured Replies

Hi all, sorry if this is a strange question, but I have the standard VRS seats (not leather) in my 2011 model, yet all paperwork, V5C, TAX, insurance, lists this car as limited edition? I'm very confused if someone has stripped the seats and replaced them or if maybe the name for the car is just wrong. Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks in advance.

Wasn’t the LE only made in 2009 for the mark 2 hatch and estate ?

I don't know what the years were, only that they had the fancy leather seats and different badges. (Probably other bits too) Just unsure why my reg calls it up as LE on all the paperwork?

I have a 2009 LE, and got all excited as I thought I spotted another one parked In Biggleswade last weekend and when i went over it didnt have the fancy seats. Isnt you by chance was it?

The limited edition was a run out special of the pre-facelift Octavia in 2009 only. They had the preface body style but with the facelifted interior.

If the OP has a 2011 car, then it's not a limited edition. It's probably registered with the DVLA incorrectly, which happens more often than it should do.

Thanks for the messages guys. I do have a 2011 model. Face-lift. Just annoying in case I'm paying higher tax or insurances.
