For some reason my rear seatbelt buckle is not working.how easy is to change? Any advice would be appreciated. 

Before replacing, have you checked the right buckle is being used. The centre belt doesn't clip into the outer buckle and vice versa.

The buckle is one bolt, but not available without a new belt/reel unit which is likely another 3.

No ithere is no movement on at all

Also I have seen seatbelt buckles on the Internet and nothing mentioned about have to have belt reel as well

Another point t how do you lift the rear seats to move them forward.any help please?

Just had car in for service and they are replacing seatbelt buckle under warranty.on Thursday they said if I had phone them up a couple of days ago they would have fitted it today.
