I have a2015 Octavia Scout and would like to know if the boot can be open(unlocked) while rest of car is locked

If you have the 3 button remote, the middle button unlocks the boot only. Don't leave the key in the boot as the lid locks as soon as you close it.

With VCDS/OBDeleven etc you can delay the boot locking

Yes the remote must have a button for just the boot.

 

If you have keyless system then pressing the boot handle will unlock only the boot
