Help with finding engine parts for 2014 1.2 105BHP Octy Hatchback

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I've been told by my local garage I need:

  • 4 x spark plugs
  • 4 x coil packs (assuming they are the things that the spark plugs go into?)
  • 2 x injectors + seals

I'm struggling to work out which exact parts I need - can anyone help please?

Many thanks

Why not let them buy the parts?

They sort of said they are so busy, if I can sort the parts, they'll fit me in.  Plus, they seemed to think it would be cheaper!

Oh, fair enough. Many garages aren't keen on fitting supplied parts.

Coil and spark plug part numbers here (once you figure out your engine code): LLLParts

Injectors and seals here, I think; first item 2, and item 3 LLLParts

Somehow this is correct. But not always.

Client asks for warranty, but in case of tricky problem- who's guilty? My wrong repair or (possibly) defective parts you brought me?

Some workshops works with client's parts, some- not.

Official dealers 99% works only with their own parts- even if you're ready brought them OE parts you got somewhere/cheaper

(doesn't concern oil; if you give them sealed bottles with correct and VAG approved oil- they should use your oil and keep warranty valid).

That's how it works in Latvia.
