Right? Then that's the waiting time.

Yep June next year because they are not building diesels at the moment what’s the point advertising if you can’t deliver

But they can deliver, just not until next year. Supply and demand.

According to the Skoda website, right at this moment there are 99 new diesel SE-L estates available in the UK network or 128 new diesel hatches.

So in answer to the question does Skoda want to sell new cars, it would appear so. Why not have a look at cars available for immediate delivery?

It's not unique to skoda, most manufacturers seem to be 9 months to a year at the moment.

VW UP is 3 to 4 months on a factory order to delivery.

( I hope 😂 )

Thanks. AG Falco

I am in the process of ordering a new Scala and sense I am being fed a lot of false expectations on timescale. If this turns out to be so, then they loose my business. I respect honesty not BS.

I’ve been waiting to my new Karoq sport line since October 2023.

BS is their business model.   They hired in professionals and get whoever has time and a laptop.

Ootohere, do you know if that TTEC answers any general calls to their dealerships if someone at the dealer doesn’t answer within a certain time ?

Sorry no idea but that does seem like something that they might introduce within some dealership groups.  As it is a lack of knowledge of the products which is VW Group cars when it is Customer Services dealing with an enquiry takes some doing.

Last few times I have phoned dealer I suspect it was a call centre. Person answering is different every time, they cannot answer any questions about anything and always arrange for relevant department to call back.
