In a 110 TDi, what sort of values should I seem coming from the MAF? Vag-com is reporting around 280 (can't remember the units) when idling, and go upto 850(ish) when at about 3000rpm in 2nd gear.

I might have to go an exploring around at the weekend. I'll give then thing a clean as well and see if that helps with matters. It is turning into a right old dog now :-(

I just need somone to run vagscope with maf and rpm outputs. Infact I might give that a go at some point - my current version of vag com seems to crash when I run the scope (3.11 ?), but I have a new version so I will give that a whirl at some point.... (just need to wait for my USB -> serial adapter to arrive from Dabs)

No need to run the scope, just log the data then import to excel.
