I have lost the ball cap cover for the towing hitch and need a new one. What is the diameter of the ball? A local store sells one that fits 50mm balls, is that the right size?

Yes the standard size is 50mm but in the old days (I am showing my age) they used to be 2inch but I guess it is the newer 

 

Sorry just noticed you are in Norway, but guess it is still the same size
