Is there any way to turn off the night time sat nav screen?

Pretty much all I can see is a red dart on a black background making navigation virtually impossible, especially on the move.

Just select Day Mode, rather than Auto 

Being colour blind, I much prefer Night mode during the day, as I find is difficult to differentiate the route in day mode. Why couldn’t they make the route Bright Blue or Purple rather than Green, Yellow and Grey? (Errr… are those the right colours… I dunno!).  🙄

Think you can change the route colour on Waze if you use that
