Correct Rear Wiper for Karoq Sportline 2023

Just to be different, my rear wiper is silent (unlike my old Octavia), but the fronts are both noisy!

The OEM front and rear wipers on my 2023 Karoq became noisy with a few months of delivery.

Replacement Bosch blades all round and now silent in operation 👍

I wish I had read this thread before ordering a rear wiper blade for my 2022 Karoq.  The vast majority of on line sellers state the A 331H is the correct wiper but it is not.  I ordered this and managed to get a refund from the seller but with some difficulty.   I then went into my local independent motor factors who looked things up on their computer.  They pulled off a picture of the correct blade (A335H) and checked it against the wiper fitted by Skoda.  It is an exact fit and is much improved on the OEM part.  So A335H is the correct wiper from around mid to late 2021 which is when the car was facelifted I believe.  Part of the problem is that sellers quote a part number but show a picture of a different part.  No wonder we all get confused.

Had to change both fronts on my 2024 Karoq this week - making an horrendous noise - delivered 1st July, just 10 weeks ago, less than 1000miles.

Very poor quality the OEM ones - Bosch are by far superior.

Thats answered the question I was going to ask (do new ones still come with poor/crap wipers!) - I assume most people are buying Bosch Aerotwin? - Hopefully I have understood correctly that for brand new ones it is front A864S and rear A335H

The fronts are definitely A864S: I fitted a pair today. Bought as usual from wiperblades.co.uk which normally has a good price.

For a few moments I thought they were not going to fit, as the plastic fitment that connects the blade to the wiper arm is not quite the same shape as on the OEM blade. But it did fit correctly after some careful inspection and manipulation.

Oh for the days before SWF was bought over. Their blades were a lot better than Bosch. I last replaced the SWF blades on my BMW eight years and three months ago and they still wipe as well as when they were new.  But Bosch will do.

Try the Bosch A335H this one fitted my 2023 SE L

The rubbers on the front wiper blades are removable. Mine were juddering and noisy too, I realised it was because they weren’t flipping over on the return sweep. Standing unused in the sun had caused the rubber to “set”. Removed the blades, slide the rubbed out, turn them round - job done. Replacement rubbers are £5 a pair, considerable saving on a pair of new blades.

I opted to butcher the A335H and extract the blade!

After a little experimentation I was fortunately able to non-destructively disassemble the OEM item and successfully translated the Bosch blade, which is silent in operation😀

Not easy to take apart, but pleased I avoided paying £28 for a sub-standard part👍

Hopefully Bosch will update their catalogue with the new part 🤞

any tips on how to do this, I've been really unlucky and received completely broken amazon returned A335H, but the clip is broken. The rubber seems ok, so happy to try and salvage and replace the OEM rubber.

scratch that, I've figured it out. I've used the bosch rubber in the OEM blade, got a refund for the broken one too!
