hello

can anyone help please i have a 5 month old ovtavia with a columbus infotainment system  , suddenly the man in the sat nav has stopped talking to me ive gone through the menus but cannot fix it 

although i thought i had mastered it but it gave an initial instruction then went quit again 

really frustrating - what can it be

If you reduce the volume while it is speaking then it xill stay low oe off.

Go the sound settings, you should have the speech volume somewhere
