Replacing rear badge on 2012 hatchback

Featured Replies

This might seem a silly question but I don't want to cause unnecessary damage to my car when I can ask you knowledgeable folk!

Do I just 'pop' the black dome out of the boot panel or does it need unscrewing from inside?

I've previously just bought the metal badge and stuck it onto the black dome but after the 3rd one came off the other day, I've had enough of that game 😂 so I'm looking at buying this >>> https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175903002594?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&fromMakeTrack=true

Any advice and guidance will be gratefully received.

Many Thanks!

I changed my badges last year from old green to new silver and black.

Mine just popped of the back, no unscrewing at all, cleaned the old glue off and new genuine one on. I used a trim tool.

I have the dual boot 2012 elegance.
