Hi all, had my 2013 rapid for couple of years and never really thought about this issue suppose you could call it.

When I have the lights on just normal use, there isn't a dashboard light lit to tell me the lights are on, should there be?

Is there a light on the light switch though to tell you when you have turned on the Headlights & Sidelights? 

Hi rooted, yes there is but only for the sidelights, the main light light dosent light up, never has, sorry too many lights lol.

Probably never fitted. Our 2005 Fabia has one on cluster,  green with dipped beams depicted. Kinda nice to have but not a common fitment  I think.

There is no legal requirement to have a tell-tale for dipped headlights, so manufacturers don't bother in most cases
