After verifying my ID at my Skoda dealer I noticed the Lock and Unlock Feature wasn't available on the App so I have been in touch with Skoda Connect who confirmed that my ID had been verified but then stated that remote lock and unlock was not available on my model of Octavia. They gave me a link where you could enter your VIN which seems to confirm this:

It's not really a big deal but I have an Octavia Estate SE L First Edition registered in January 2021. I thought that this feature was a pretty standard one, especially on the SE L Trim level, and also as the First Editions included a few extras on top of the regular SEL trim. Also, the fact I can remotely "Honk & Flash" (with the appropriate subscription) yet not remotely lock and unlock seems just odd.  Is it a feature they introduces later in the MK4 production run?

Mine is the same, SE L FE registered Sept '20. Honk & Flash is fine but not the Lock/Unlock. The buttons don't appear in the app; a 'feature' of the early builds.
