Water leak possible door seal screen

Featured Replies

Hi my drivers footwell is wet and I had made sure the plenum chamber was clear and also there was no debris behind the wheel arch liner, however after rain today I noticed the a pillar trim was wet and was wondering if most likely the door aperture seal or the top door seal. Any advice would be appreciated

Cheers

Does your car have a sunroof?

No sunroof as has thought of drain tubes, but no sunroof

I'd pull off that trim and check. My money would be on a leaky windscreen.

Yes I had the same issue. It was the top corner of the windscreen. Used tec 7. Crude, but done the job.

I have sealed around the top corner of the screen and inside a pillar to screen, however I am also seeing water on the main door aperture seal and a water trail over the aperture seal drivers side front, so think I have got the screen sealed but possible door seal leaj as well.
