Hi all

 

We bought a new Kodiak a few months ago. 

Car is great but the experience was a nightmare. Car couldn't be registered initially due to a mix up at skoda uk. 

The handover was a mess. 

The car only came with a small manual. No service book. No leather binder with all the documents. 

The courtesy car we had for the intervening two weeks had all of the above, yet our new car didn't. 

Dealer states all necessary information is on line. 

Is this correct and should it have come with the full pack of docs?

The service book is on the Skoda dealer network and you only get the small handbook.

The full handbook is Available online from the Skoda website
