Video playing - car stopped

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm having some trouble playing videos.

Once I was able to see it, just one time. After that moment I can't see video image anymore, but I hear the sound of it.

I connected via cable to my phone, activated Android Auto for file transfer,  all music files play well. The video files also appear on the list and when I tried to play a video file recorded from my phone camera it worked. But it was just one time.

Now when I press the same file, I can hear the sound but it doesn't show any video. Even when I press back, it displays the video files list and no image at all.

Is there a tip or trick?

Of course all this is with the car stopped.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance

There's a little tab on the left (or right, can't remember exactly which) of the video file name that you have to swipe once it's playing. This displays the video.

I had the same question. Only problem is that it's not full screen (at least on the software version I'm on).

It is the tab on the left.
