Hi All,

Decided to through a few bob into the car! I am looking to achieve better handeling yet i do not want a very harsh ride...what do you all suggest, coilovers or just uprated dampers?? Also can I get an uprated sumpguard for the car and where?

Also Downpipes, what do uprated ones do and can you get a cheap uprated one with a cat??

Also do gti mk4 parts fit as in coilovers , downpipe, induction pipe, brakes etc etc?

Im not achtually looking for an uprated sump. I am looking for a guard for the engine if I lower the car! Any help w the other qs?

The OMP part search shows that they do one for the Golf MkIV GTI Anniversary, which has our beloved 180bhp 1.8T in it...looks like part number BA/409, but don't take my word for it...

ANyone ever used v-maxx coil overs? Special at the mo 599 down to 350.

Koni FSD dampers are very good

I have these on my Octy along with uprated front and rear ARBs and Powerflex bushes. Makes a big difference to the handling
