Hi all, I am picking up my 2012 Superb tomorrow, and I am very excited about it!  I have always bought old bangers and run them until I scrapped them.  This will be the nicest car I have ever owned.  I am interested in any tips about upgrading or modernising it, and also just the best way to keep its pristine condition.  Also as a female, interested in speaking to other female Superb owners, as I suspect there may not be many of us

Hi Gaz, yes it's on my driveway. It's a thing of beauty! Now need to get to grips with all the mechanics of it. Already found out from a Briskoda post the meaning of a bizarre message, and tinkering with finding a way to play Spotify through Columbus infotainment system via the PlayStation app which is pure witchcraft! 

 

Was 2005 a Mk1 model?  My next door neighbour had a Mk1 and says it was a great car. 🚗

Yeah, mine was a Mk1 - 2.5 V6 TDI, great cars indeed.

Still getting to grips with the controls, my columbus satnav seems to be a female Chris Eubank with a lisp! Is there a way of changing the voice do you know? 🤣
