Hi, can you help? I'm trying to replace my broken tailgate struts (usual thing with the kinked wire loom breaking - poor design there skoda). I can't for the life of me get the interior panel off to access the electrical loom. I've pulled really hard in different ways and it's surely going to break. How do I get the panel off? 

Hi, welcome,  The tailgate struts have a clip, no need to remove any panels.

Thanks but mine's a skoda superb mk3 with electric struts. To get the wiring loom out needs a panel removed inside the boot area.

Many apologies, I've never even seen electric struts let alone know how they differ.
