The auto up & down on all four windows of my 2019 Superb 190 Tdi L&K Combi, has stoped working, nor will they open and close using the key fob. The other problem is, the colour palette for the "Background Lighting" colours, has disappeared. When I look up the Vehicle Information in the central display, I receive the message: "Selection of colours depends on "Driving Mode Selection" setting". Changing the driving mode doesn't make any change in the colours.

Does anyone have a solution for these problems, please?
