No, VW firmware is for VW units, it will NOT work in SK units.

Apologies for hijacking this thread, but not sure where else to post my issue :-)

I have just bought a 2021 Fabia, with (believe) a Swing head unit.

All works perfectly, EXCEPT when making a phone call through CarPlay. I get audio in the car, but cannot be heard by the other person (mic not working). Phone works normally if I disconnect the USB cable and use bluetooth. Is this an issue for anyone else? Any known fixes?

I've tries 2 phones, same result.... also both phones work in our other car, with CarPlay.

I came across this forum, and awesome resource overnight when trying to figure out the problem. I have checked out the MIB resource, and not sure of the latest (working) firmware to download.... any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know several people had this fault too but unfortunately I don't know any solution for it :(
