I got to pick a new company car and I picked a dark blue Octavia '22 Combi MK4 IV.

I love it already but I don't understand following:

I see that you can program your departure together with climate control trough your car and my skoda app.
I can schedule the heated seats in 3 different schedules ( which is the same schedule as on the app)
But I don't have the option for heated seats in my skoda app.

So the question I have is; If I activate climate control before leaving or if I activate a schedule through my app, do the seats go on or not?

 

 

Used to be able to turn on heated seats with the old essentials app. Can't with the new one.

 

Sorry not cold enough yet in my area to test if remote heating comes on with air con

Oh ok, I just read somewhere that the seats that you can select green in the infotainment is not the seat heating, but the seat area.
It kind of make sense that you cannot remotely activate them. The seats are warm immediately when you turn them on.

You can activate them automatically when you continue your trip, but I don't think that has anything to do with the schedule you set up.
