1.9tdi 07 brake vacuum hose

Featured Replies

When I got my fabia the vacuum pipe was spilt at the end I cut and rejoined it , it was quite perished now I can feel it not working again

Can you still buy the pipe ? Iv had a look on Ebay but can only find second hand,  I cant quite see were the other end goes looks like in to the bulk head ?  Thanks in advance

Anyone know the part number I am struggling to find a pipe

Part number is usually repeatedly written along the hard plastic sections of the hose. Brake servo end goes to the brake servo. 🤔

If you tell me reg number or VIN I could look up part number for you.

No, brake servo is the big black round thing just behind the brake fluid reservoir and master cylinder. Maybe we're talking about a different vac hose?

Servo vac hose for your car is still available from Skoda, part number 6Q2 612 041 CD, £41.65 + VAT at a Skoda dealer's parts counter.

Can you see where it's leaking? Generally from cracks at junctions of hard plastic sections.  Repair (shorten and refit) may be possible with help from hot air to soften.

Thank you

It looks like it comes from the right hand side of the engine goses though a couple of connectors then along the bulkhead and in to the cabin ( I will look again to be sure tomorrow) I have already shortened it at one end but its also perished at the connectors and they look like they have already been shortened and electric taped up at some point
