I own a Skoda Octavia mk2 2.0 tdi CR. It is an elegance model and I have retrofitted bolero system from a Yeti and mfsw from skoda superb.
 

I want to upgrade my instrument cluster to a maxidot instruments cluster.
 

I have got my hands on skoda yeti 2012 instrument cluster the same car that I have got my bolero system from. 
 

Could the instrument cluster from Yeti be fit into Octavia.
 
The dashboard design looks very similar and attached are the instrument cluster photos of both the cars. 

 

Has anyone tried swapping this?

 

Also if I manage to fit it in my car, could it be coded as both the cars are same year same engine manual cars.

Does the Indian market have immobiliser's fitted?
