2015 yeti Dash and radio clock are different times..

Featured Replies

2015 Skoda yeti Dash and radio clocks are different times....ONLY post if you have the fix solution please

Satnav Systems (www.satnavsystems.com) in KT6 7NL can resolve this issue.

Contact: https://www.satnavsystems.com/contact-us/

It IS NOT a DIY repair and it is not possible without access to the vehicle so the car will need to go to: KT6 7NL for a 2-3 hour visit.

The cost is between £125 - £595 depending on exactly what is required as  the fix is different in different cars.

So as to leave room for others to post who may be able to help us all fix it .

Sorry but as far as I am aware this is currently the only solution for this issue and I was under the impression that this forum is there for solutions to be posted.
As you wish, there will not be any further posts from us on YOUR thread but I am sure there will be at least some who will find it useful as they are not too far away and would like a solution.

Not being rude ...I hope you do get some custom from it ..I really do ...but the people at the mo looking at this /my post all commented that you were too far away or weren't willing to pay that substantial amount of money...if you were closer ...then.. yes ..I would have been in touch ...but the fact is ...your 4 - 5 hrs away from me and the rest of the people looking at this post at the moment

Where are you then?

I'm not sure if you are going to get angry with my solution and its contrary to the rule which you posted in upper case text but here goes.

I dont know what radio you have fitted as you have not specified (without that detail how can people help you?) but unless its the top of the range one you could spend your repair money on an upgrade to a full screen LCD head unit with  Satnav, Bluetooth and whatever those acronyms are that allow connectivity with your smartphone, this will give you the correct time and loads of other beneficial features like a reversing camera etc.

Whatever that one is (in the added pic)...with the SD card slot that you can add the Skoda sat nav etc to

I don't believe that unit can support Satellite Navigation, I think it might be a Bolero unit.

@Warrior193 you buy one of these (picture) n it fits in the SD card slot on the left hand side of the unit ...but yeah I was thinking it's a bolero

I'm certain that the Bolero does not support Navigation - that SD card is for the MIB2 Amundsen.

That's what it is then ... Mib 2 does come up on my phone that's connected via Bluetooth

Sounds like you have quite a decent unit anyway so ignore my suggestion, the Chinese ones often come with their fair share of niggles.

When the clocks changed recently I had to reset the dashboard time on my 2015 Yeti but the Chinese Shatnav unit did it automatically, if it hadn't been for the arrival time looking wrong (it wasn't) I would not have known the clocks had changed.

My understanding is that Mib 2 is simply the 'generation' (eg age range) of headunits and can be either Bolero, Amundsen or Columbus.
