Anyone used www.skoda-parts.com for parts supply to the UK?

Featured Replies

Obvious questions I suppose ...

1. Did they deliver as expected?

2. They seem to be based in .cz (Czechoslovakia) and claim to be UK VAT registered with no extra VAT or customs charges, is this what happened for you?

3. Where the parts genuine Skoda parts?

4. How long did they take to arrive?

Thanks for any info.

Sadly I recently hit a dear so in need of a new radar cover, which for a small plastic cover for some unfathomable reason seems to be about £200 in the UK, and a much less unreasonable, though still expensive. €93 delivered.

The dear sadly didn't make it, my thanks to the police and Lincolnshire Deer rescue came an put it out of its misery.

I've used them over the past year and haven't encountered any problems, I've found it's between them or lllparts, and I've not been stung with any unexpected duty invoices. Last time was with skoda-acc I think.

Not sure what part you're after but have you tried eBay? They might be some around second hand I would have thought, as it's just a bit of plastic end of the day?

Have used them once, parts arrived next day!  Very good value as long as you stick below the 130 odd quid limit to avoid custom charges, below that the price you see on the website is the total you pay.  They also offer option for cheap Chinese, quality EU OEM and genuine VAG  for many parts to suit your budget (although expect the radar cover is only available as genuine VAG bit).  Plus they have native English speaking UK based agent who is really helpful and knowledgeable:
