There is no nornal heating/cooling in the cabin

Featured Replies

Greetings everyone,

I'm having trouble with heating and cooling. Car is Skoda Octavia 3 FL, 2.o TDI, DSG, year 2019.

Problem 1

In the summer when the temperature is over 40 degrees the air conditioner cools the vehicle below 20 degrees and continues to cool it no matter what I set on the climatronic 23,24,25.....

Problem 2

In winter, when it is cold outside, e.g. 0, -5, -10 degrees, the vehicle manages to heat the cabin, but the longer the drive, the vehicle blows colder and colder air.

Problem 3.

When it's 12, 13, 15 degrees outside, it blows hot for 2-3 minutes and then it starts to blow cold.

All the above problems appear regardless of whether the air conditioning is on or off, as well as in all modes of operation, automatic, blowing on the legs, blowing on the glass.....

Done so far:

1. Heater matrix replacement

2. Full flush with the new g12evo coolant

3. Tested all motors for temperature flap

4. Calibration

5. Evaporator

temperature sensor - G308- replaced

6. Air quality

sensor - G238- replaced.

Via OBD11, the interior temperature says 27 degrees, in fact it is about 18 to 20 degrees in the cabin.

I will post a few more pictures with live data, so who has any ideas or can see if something jumps out

I didn t know it had two water pumps.

One was replaced together with timing belt a year ago.

One mechanical and (at least) one electrical.
