Brief History of the car it was bought about 2 weeks ago 91k miles huge pile of service history looks like it was someone's pride and joy. Car behaved as expected gearbox was good smoothly shifting etc  on the test drive and subsequent drives. I also scanned the car on the test drive and had no codes, though I only used Carista not OBDeleven. 

The Gear indicator in the MFD is now flashing whilst stationary in Park and when driving it doesn't seem to be shifting as nicely Using OBDeleven there are the following codes stored... (Car is set to km just to compare when codes happened...) I have cleared them and they have reappeared ... 

The car is still in its statutory 3month warranty should I try and get it repaired or try and push for a full refund and walk away ...

To update, the mechatronic unit in the gearbox has been replaced under warranty. Car is now running as expected ! Hopefully a keeper, I have been in touch with the previous owner who was indeed a real enthusiast and filled in the blanks to the cars history.
