A diagramme would help far more, before few years in a Skoda forum a member had made a scheme for this but the forum closed at 2023 and i don't think i can find it.

It's very helpful to have and indication when the fan is On and Off, may prevent a disaster.

Did you particularly want to use an additional (LED) indicator lamp for this? In my pick-up I have the heated rear window tell-tale in the instrument cluster wired to show me when the radiator fan is on.

The led indicator for the radiator fan has nothing to do with the headlights.
