Hi dear all;

My car is a 2013 model with a CLH engine, 1.6 TDI. When starting and stopping the engine, there are vibrations. It doesn't matter if it's cold or hot, it starts and stops engine with shaking. The car has 65,000 kilometers. What could be the possible cause?

We really need a scan done via ODBEleven/VCDS. It could be a dead injector, a problem with an inlet/exhaust valve or a failed engine mounting. Options are numerous. The shaking is probably coming from a dead cylinder and unbalancing the engine.

I checked it VAG-Com. There is no any error.

No black smoke. No lack of traction. No high fuel consumption.

Could it be a motor holder?

Check the engine mountings - these do fail.
