Ohme e pod issues

Featured Replies

Evening, we've been experiencing difficulties in connecting our Enyaq to the box, it looks as if there's the handshake between the car and box is not happening. The white light is flashing on the car then turning red with no connection to the box. Which is showing a steady green light at the right hand side of the LED.

As well as removing the app and re-added it, removing and re-adding the car to the app, testing the cable at a local pod point which worked, tried it again yesterday and didn't

We've done the power cycle to update the firmware which is 2.51, Ohme did try to send a software update which failed, I switched it off for a while to night and just turned it back on

Has anyone else had similar issues?

If the cable has failed, all the contacts look clean, can these be repaired?

We are going to the main dealer on Tuesday to ask if we can check the cable on one of their chargers to definitely rule the cable out
