(That was parked outside a Moscow casino! -next to the expected fleet of Black S-Class'. It says something about an entry to the Paris-Dakar)

Fiesta ST - small but fast (150bhp standard), 2 litre engine in smallcar, enough room in the boot!

Yeah, if you have the rear seats down all't time.

Saab 9-5 (Hot) Areo Estate......

I can never get me head round the models that SAAB do, Aero, Vector, Linear, Hot, Not so Hot what's it all about, Eh?

Just to add a bit about Alpina's

The reason they are so expensive is they are so rare, Alpina only make about 5000 cars a year. They also pretty much rebuild the doner BMW from the ground upto the point of giving it its own chassis number.

They wont let you have an Alpina badge without a chassis number to register it against.

But oooh I would have one in an instant........perferably a B10 4.6 V8........

Granada Cosworth. Cheap and fast(ish)

I had to Google that one John. There's one ont Trader for

Saab 9-5 (Hot) Areo Estate......

Not as fast as you might expect at legal speeds due to rampant wheelspin! above a ton it'll give most other things a run for their money though...

Have a go in one that's been remapped by a Saab specialist tuner ....... puts the power down properly :D

Know what you mean though....... 250/260 bhp via front wheels in big estate car.

Its intresting to say the least!!!

Yeah' date=' if you have the rear seats down all't time.

Hot = ****ing Big Turbo, strapped to a 2.3l engine

HOT = High Output Turbo

LPT = Low Pressure Turbo

Linear = base spec

Vector = next one up

Aero = top banana

2.3 HOT (B235R motor) Aero is the 'hottest' 9-5

2.3 HOT (also B235R motor) Viggen is the 'hottest' 9-3 (old shape 9-3)

Far less torque steer in the Saab 9-5, the 9-3 is a bit of a mare.

New shape 9-3: The top banana new shape 9-3 is now called the Aero, 215hp IIRC.

You want the B235R motor, you do

Why has the fabia vrs not been metioned? With a remap those things are sub 7 aren't they?

:paypal: Yes I do :D
