I have an Octavia SE mk2 2011, currently the steering wheel button controls don’t work when listening to music via Bluetooth so I’d like to swap out the Bluetooth module to one that is AVRCP compatible. I currently have a 5K0 035 730 Bluetooth, and as far as I understand this is a limited, older model. If I switch to a d version will I be able to replace it with no coding required, and get those skip track buttons working on the steering wheel? Thanks in advance

I changed my Bluetooth as the original only supported rSAP and not HFP. See here for further details:-

Whether an upgraded module will fix the issue you are having, I have no idea. Hope I have been of some help.
