Were the files that you downloaded in pdf form?

I've never had trouble.

Once you're in and paid up for your hour, just go to "Individual vehicle information" tab, then pick "repair info" for workshop documents or "training items" for the Self Study Programmes, then drill down the various menu levels 'til you find what you want, and download the pdfs.

When i was logged in i had print and save buttons. Never saw save to pdf but maybe i missed it.

It seems to have downloaded the files in xml format that requires erwin data modular (which cost money)

I think you were not in the same area of the site as I described above.

You can't download stuff you find via the "vehicle specific info" tab.

Everything in the tab I suggested is pdf files.

thank you! ill pay the flat rate later today and see if that helps!.

btw why is there a diffrence between the two options if they both lead to the same place? (or so i think)

and also what do you get with the 9 euro diagnostic version the you dont get with the regular?

They don't lead to the same place.

You can see everything that's available in "individual vehicle info" without paying the flat rate, so have a look first and note which files you want. Only after you pay the flat rate do the download buttons appear for each pdf.

The tab you were in is a subset of the other, showing only the info specific to your car/VIN.

The place with the pdfs covers every car of each model, so the documents are much bigger, more general and require a bit more effort with 'ctrl-f' to find stuff specific to your car.

No idea about your last question, I haven't tried it.
