Still waiting for answer? I did search it have on Octavia MK3, but no information on Mk2 face-lift, If it doesn't have one then why I received this error.

I hear it's under the scuttle panel somewhere, I'm waiting until I have cause to get in there though - not taking it apart just to get to the air quality sensor that may or may not be in there lol

I am afraid shall have to it take it off the panel. impossible to see without remove it thanks.

It was a pig to locate. There is a plastic cover held on by 2 screws on the passenger side. It's under that.

It wasn't as difficult as I thought. It’s better to show pictures for future people who might question this.

A few weeks everything is fine after fitted new sensor. Today, to checked my OBDII to see if the error code is fixed B10AF04 never came back, but I have a different code! This time is B10A415

I checked the wiring from the sensor looks good, like new. Fuse? relay? The ACM module is seen on YouTube say is burned by short-circuit I am not sure what is ACM these meaning ECU?

At a guess ACM = Air Conditioning Module, that I understand is the panel on the dashboard/centre consul where you adjust the temperatue etc.
