Greetings to everyone. There is a problem with my 2019 model superb vehicle. When the vehicle is not talking on the phone, the microphone detects sound only when the tape is on and there is a serious echo in the vehicle. Has anyone had this problem before and has a solution? It doesn't echo when the music system is off, but when it's on, the microphone detects and constantly echos.

The Kodiaq had a system that amplified drivers voice and relayed it to the rear speakers for rear passengers, this gave the same echoes as your experiencing so perhaps the superb has the same system.

It could be turned off in the infotainment unit under voice enhancement.

Could be the 'voice enhancer', not the best feature of the car...

As above, turn off the Voice Enhancer in the infotainment menu.
