I currently have the steering wheel without volume controls on it and want to change it to something with controls like in the pictures below. My car is a 2016 Skoda Octavia estate.

Is this possible?

Yes, technically possible. New steering wheel with buttons. New connection cable for coil spring airbag with/for MFL. Maybe Pull LIN cable. Code everything.

If I purchased this steering wheel do you think it would be likely a one for one swap, then coding?

If it wasn't installed at the factory, it needs to be coded.
