Steel Pedal Covers for DSG

Featured Replies

Does anyone know which will fit for a DSG 220PS, can you use any of the VAG steel pedal covers?

Going back to when I had my Bora and fitted the R32 Steering wheel and Pedals to it, before then removing to then buy a R32 Golf only a few months later

Mine came with them, but not the foot rest, which I got it from ... i think skoda parts.

I think also far East options such as alixx could be suitable.

Is yours a VRs? What year is yours?

Hoping to get the part numbers to confirm, rather go genuine if possible rather than alternative routes

The part number of the set I fitted was 5E1064205 (two pedals, RHD). They were listed as to fit a Fabia, obviously Skoda pedals are similar across ranges.

No, not vRS, actually did not even know the S3 comes in that trim. Mine is L&K, auto.

Here you have in the Kopacek page the entire list of items in that category, with part numbers and actually prices that look very respectable to me ...

There never has been a vRS Superb.

The Sportline trim Superbs get the aluminium pedals as standard.

I got some aluminium pedals covers, from Kopacek, to go over my plastic pedals.

I also got the footrest aluminium cover too, to match.

Been many many many years now - all good.

That varies from country to country.

It’s the same pedals for the vRS, GTI, S3, R, Cupra, Formentor, T-Roc R, Macan, 718, S4, etc, etc

Basically, any nice VAG car (excluding really nice stuff) uses the same metal pedals.

Rather interestingly, they come standard on budget cars like the vRS and Cupra, but not on a Macan GTS, for example.

Yes I came to realise that when looking into it, funny when searching on eBay it was sometimes cheaper to be the whole pedal assembly than just the cover

If it’s easy enough to do, I would use swap the entire assembly over - it’s all the same part.

Upgraded as well to the stainless steel variant. Got them off Aliexpress. I'll leave the link below if somebody is looking for a set.

The old footrest broke a bit while I was pulling it out. Thin plastic.

I’d love to do this but footrest isn’t available for RHD unless you pay for OEM

Amazing thanks.

I really need to stop coming on this forum. It keeps making me spend money…
