On my 2015 Scout the door wiring harness is 5E2971121M. I am swapping over a door from a scrap car because of accident damage. The harness on the donor door is 5E2971121N - seems identical apart from an extra pair of wires going to a clip around the bottom middle. Is this for door puddle light?

Probably - the harness should still work for you; unless you are willing to put in the door puddle harness into the other door, you can just keep the new harness and keep with the original coding. If you get another harness for the other door, then you can code in the puddle lights as necessary.
